FAQs for Mixed Brownie Boxes

How long do the brownies keep for?

Our brownies keep for 7 days at room temperature and can be frozen for up to 3 months.

Do you offer Gluten Free or Vegan Brownies?

Yes we do! If you would like a list of flavours we can offer you, please email us at bekisbrownies@gmail.com. Please note, we do use eggs, milk and flour in our bakery so we cannot certify that they are free from.

Can I swap any flavours in our mixed boxes?

Our flavours are final and cannot be swapped - if you have a specific dietary requirement please email us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Can I have my brownies delivered on a different day?

We produce everything to order and our mixed boxes are made fresh every Wednesday. We like to get our brownies to you as soon as possible which is why we are now working with DPD to offer you next day delivery. DPD will collect the mixed brownie boxes on Thursday for delivery to the customer on a Friday. You will receive a 1 hour delivery slot via email/text on the day of delivery.

If your box does not arrive, you will need to contact the DPD Customer Services team directly. Once the box has been collected by DPD we are no longer held responsible.

DPD do not guarantee next day delivery.
